ADMISSION FORM AND BOOKLETS
The following are downloadable documents designed by Arima West Government Primary School to assist parents/guardians in preparing for the registration process.
1. The registration form may be downloaded, completed and submitted to the school. The completed form MUST be accompanied by relevant documents as stated on the registration form. These completed forms must be submitted during the designated period assigned for registration.
Registration usually takes place from Ash Wednesday to the Friday after carnival.
2. The orientation booklet below is for your perusal.
3. The Report Book used at the Infant Year 1 level can be seen below. The student report provides comprehensive feedback on performance and guides the specific support needed by students. For each subject, specific areas of performance are reported.
It is imperative that parents/guardians examine the Report Book carefully and partner with teachers to enhance the performance of their children.
